I did a little research on it though and I found some people who claimed they could “eat whatever they wanted now” …not sure if they mean whatever they wanted meaning gluten with the pills or not…so I am a little weary on that considering you still should not eat gluten even if you have the pills. But the ingredients and what it claims to do seem to be consistent with Gluten Defense. They both contain DPP IV Protease Blend and amylase…however I did find that Gluten Defense has alot more ingredients and plant enzymes then Gluten Ease… but they do both claim to help in the digestion process along with carbs, sugars, etc. -Jessika I personally have never tried Gluten Ease.
