The fact they put their hands (with wheat on the gloves) in the cheese and other things may be why I had a problem. I go to Qdoba, where they always use spoons, and I ask them to put on fresh gloves, and eat naked taco salads or naked burritos. Funny how you can't trust the corn chips, but you can't. I discovered I was celiac after 21 and had to give up beer :(, so like you I was excited to find the greens beer. I did not like it! It bears very little similarity to "real" beer - much too sweet and not a very full flavor. I would recommend redbridge as a more "beer-y" GF option - made from sorghum. It's pretty good. Wasn't impressed w greens though. I have yet to find a GF beer that doesn't make me miss blue moon. Ah, well. Like your site, especially that it's pink!!! :) Hi!
