Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies
Finally found Betty Crocker’s Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies at the grocery store and wow, they are the best gluten free cookies I have made, ever.
They mixed right up and did not crumble, resembledc real cookie doh and even after eating some of the cookie doh, it still made 3 full trays of cookies – now filling up a big tin.
I added some extra chocolate chips and a little bit of walnuts- though I will say the actual mix did come with alot of chocolate chips already
Ingredients Needed:
- 1 stick of (1/2 cup) butter, softened and not melted.
- 1 teaspoon gluten free vanilla
- 1 egg
