Thanks Mary Beth for your input!

Haha, I like that one! When I was started dating my boyfriend (now husband) he didn't exactly understand...and even now I have to bug him to go brush his teeth after he eats a sandwich!

I love it! So true.. I HAVE been dreaming of gluten containing foods lately, or even more I guess, the way I used to go everywhere and eat whatever and be so carefree about food!

One of mine: "You never kiss your boyfriend anymore because who knows what gluten might be lurking around his mouth." Funny fact - my bf will often say "it's fine, I drank that beer an hour ago, and now I'm drinking wine." As if the wine will make it all fine!

Another one: "You cringe when people say that 'a little gluten can't hurt' and know that you'll have to explain the whole Celiac disease thing again.." At least it's spreading awareness, although I'm not sure if everyone really believes the difference! (I.e. feeling sick vs damaging your intestines...)

Great list!
