Chipotle Mayonnaise

Ever been to Red Robin?  They don’t just have awesome food – they even have a delicious Chipotle Mayo that is gluten free!  I usually order some on the side so I can have it both on my burger along with fries.  I also went to BJ’s Restaurant for Valentines day and they also had [...]

You Know Your a Celiac When…

Just thought I would make one of these for a fun post!

Heinz 57 Sauce

I realized I haven’t made any posts dedicated to Heinz 57 Sauce…and well that’s just wrong.  This sauce is amazing…I always loved things like A1 or BBQ sauces but after going gluten free I am not able to eat any of those.  It is a great spicy sauce if your looking for a little extra [...]

BJ’S Restaurant & Brewhouse

BJ’S Restaurant & Brewhouse is a great place to go eat if you are eating gluten free!  One just opened around my area, and with family over we figured it would be a great place to take them.
At first I did not know that they actually had a gluten free menu (upon request though).  So [...]

Gluten Free Pantry

Made some more bread this week!  This time I tried a different brand by the name “Gluten Free Pantry” for Sandwich bread mix.  To compare it to the Bob’s Red Mill Mix for the equivalent, I liked that I did not have to use cider vinegar (since I didn’t have any around).  Also it made [...]
