Finally some taquitos that are gluten free and you can just throw them in the microwave to heat up!

Love how simple these are. They are Delimex Taquitos by Heinz. I did not even know they were made by Heinz since it says it really small on the side and generally I do not look in the premade food in the freezer sections of Wal Mart, because I just assume they are all filled with gluten. I only came across these because my husbands mom had bought them once and he read that were made by Heinz…which most of their products are gluten free.

It is so nice to just be able to heat these up in the microwave for lunch or even dinner. Instructions suggest to wrap 5 taquitos in a paper towel, and heat on high for about 2 minutes. Usually I just heat up 3-4 for about 1-1 and 1/2. Pretty easy meal

The only way I can drag myself out of bed in the mornings is to sit and have a big cup of coffee…and some creamer to go with that coffee of course.

Thankfully I have found an array of different coffee creamers that are gluten free…which is exciting because many of them have great tasting flavors that normally I would not be able to eat if in food form. I just picked up at Target this Limited Edition “Pumpkin Pie Spice” by International Delight – which it is incredibility good plus it smells wonderful. Now I do make gluten free pumpkin pies around Thanksgiving, but it smells just like the real thing which normally I would not be able to eat if it were just a regular gluten pumpkin pie. Sadly they come out every year with their “Limited Editions” for different seasons. But it is definitely worth a try!
