Found another gluten free frozen dinner by Smart Ones!

It’s a combination of both broccoli & cheddar roasted potatoes. It tastes really good and only had 240 calories, so it made for a perfect lunch. I felt pretty light yet full afterwards, which is always nice since I like to try to go to the gym around lunchtime and this didn’t feel like it weighed me down after eating.

Package Instructions told me to heat in microwave for 6 minutes, however I microwaved for only about 5 minutes and it had started to boil.

Makes for a great lunch or dinner!

Finally some taquitos that are gluten free and you can just throw them in the microwave to heat up!

Love how simple these are. They are Delimex Taquitos by Heinz. I did not even know they were made by Heinz since it says it really small on the side and generally I do not look in the premade food in the freezer sections of Wal Mart, because I just assume they are all filled with gluten. I only came across these because my husbands mom had bought them once and he read that were made by Heinz…which most of their products are gluten free.

It is so nice to just be able to heat these up in the microwave for lunch or even dinner. Instructions suggest to wrap 5 taquitos in a paper towel, and heat on high for about 2 minutes. Usually I just heat up 3-4 for about 1-1 and 1/2. Pretty easy meal

Heinz Ketchup is most definitely one of the things that I love. Heinz is gluten free since the distilled vinegar is from corn, not wheat. When I was first diagnosed six years ago, the only known gluten free ketchup were the ones you had to buy specially at a health food store. And of course they were pretty expensive, plus they were not all that big (maybe 1/3 of the size in the photo to the left). Being a ketchup lover (maybe even a little too much) it had to be rationed, and only bought everyone in a while. This is why when Heinz announced they were gluten free I was extremely excited and that I would be able to go to a regular grocery store and just buy some ketchup (and in a big size too).

Also, looking at the Heinz web site I found out after reading their gluten free list that the Heinz BBQ sauce and Heinz Mustard are sopossed to be gluten free as well. I will have to try these, since I did not know they were gluten free.
