When I first made gluten free bread last week I could not remember what to put on a sandwich! Now of course I did not have any ingredients to add since I never make them, so I thought I’d share what I ended up using my bread to make

Bologna Sandwich – Classic, just had to make one.

1 slice of Bob’s Red Mill Cinnamon Raisin Bread, then cut in half.

1 slice Bologna (careful to read the ingredients on these, I use Oscar Myer by Kraft, because I know they are gluten free!)

1 slice cheese.

Hellman’s Mayonnaise.

Salad.

2. Hot Cinnamon Sugar Bread For Breakfast/Snack (Bread was pretty crumbly this day so I did not take a pic it looked pretty messy). *This one is my favorite*

1 slice Bob’s Red Mill Cinnamon Raisin Bread.

Butter side up with some butter (Best when you heat bread up in microwave before spreading butter).

Sprinkle on some Cinnamon Sugar (I used McCormick).

Grilled Cheese

3. Grilled Cheese

1 slice of Bob’s Red Mill Cinnamon Raisin Bread, then cut in half.

Butter each side of the bread, grill on stove.

Add Cheese and your done.

Careful because the bread is crumbly, ended up eating this with knife and fork.

4. Bread Sticks (if you can call them that)

Cut some slices of Bob’s Red Mill Cinnamon Raisin Bread.

Spread butter over bread and put in the oven for just a few minutes, enough for the butter to melt in.

Sprinkle with garlic after removing from oven.

Dunk finished bread sticks into hot spaghetti sauce.

*Notes:

Bread is much better if you heat either in the oven, microwave or grill before eating.

After the first two days it tends to break apart much easier so though harder to eat, it’s still good!

Things like the bread sticks and regular sandwiches I would normally make with regular bread, however the cinnamon raisin bread worked just as well if you don’t mind mixing some flavors
